Available from our inventory is decorative hardwood plywood from leading suppliers Columbia Forest Products, and Timber Products. Complimenting our hardwood plywood offerings are thermally fused melamine and industrial composite panels from Flakeboard. We also inventory hardwood lumber, and veneer. DSI is FSC Certified® allowing DSI to manage the chain of custody to the end user.
We are excited to be the EXCLUSIVE Distributor of Formica Laminate in Western Pennsylvania, and Northeast Ohio. DSI also distributes and maintains local inventory of Nevamar Laminate in the Columbus OH, Cincinnati OH, Indianapolis IN, and Detroit MI locations. Rounding out our laminate offering we are pleased to offer Wilsonart Laminate in the Louisville KY area. DSI is also a fully authorized distributor of Avonite Solid Surface products providing the most up to date options in solid surface design.
Since 1995 DSI has partnered with M.L. Campbell Wood Finishing Systems to bring you the premier brand of custom wood finishes on the market. All DSI locations are equipped with a Color Studio staffed by expert personnel to meet your stain matching, technical support, and training needs. Our team of Finish Specialists will visit your shop to determine the best options to suit your finishing requirements. DSI also distributes CA Technologies spray equipment, providing the quality equipment you need for any application.
DSI also features a wide range of associated products including KV Hardware, Quin Global Adhesives, L&S Lighting, Vycom Celtec, and Kerfkore Bendable Plywood. Rounding out our offering we also inventory, Edgebanding, Fasteners, and Mirka Abrasives. Our multiple warehouses, vast inventories, and our fleet of Company owned trucks enables us to have many products available for next day delivery. DSI is your “one stop shop” of specialized building products for the wood working industry.

How long have you been in business?
Founded in 1968 by Jerrold (Jerry) Delaney, Distributor Service, Inc. (DSI) began as a distributor of decorative paneling, and molding to the lumberyards of the Pittsburgh area. Since 1968 DSI has continued to grow it’s distribution footprint by expanding into new markets. In 1991 Cleveland OH was opened, followed by Columbus OH in 1992, Cincinnati OH in 1995, Indianapolis IN in 1998, Millersburg OH and Louisville KY in 2008, and Detroit MI in 2012. Carnegie PA remains the corporate headquarters, as it was when the company was founded in 1968.
