How long have you been in business?
I have been in the Real Estate Business since1975. Fisher Services, LLC was started in 1996.
What is your primary product or service?
Real Estate and Certified Residential Appraisals. We specialize in appraisals for tax assessment appeals, bankruptcy, divorce, estates, PMI removal, for sale by owner, pre-listing appraisals and Fair market value.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Francis J Fisher is the Broker, Certified Residential Appraiser and owner of the Company. He is a 1974 Graduate of Robert Morris University. He is Past President of the Westmoreland Association of Realtors. Also, Past President of the Century 21 Pittsburgh Brokers Council. A Graduate of the Realtor Institute and Certified Brokerage Manager designee.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We rely on our vast network and experience to deliver a quality service at every customer contact. So When Experience Counts....You can Count on Our Experience.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have just the one location. However, our Certified Appraisers and Real Estate Agents are located throughout the Greater Pittsburgh Metropolitan area. This is how we are able to give excellent service in broad coverage area.

Our location is in North Huntingdon, PA. But we cover all of southwestern Pennsylvania.

Our hours are 9- 5 Monday through Friday. Weekends by appointment.
