My Aunt Judith Kloes owned and operated a kennel, I worked by her side as a child and enjoyed it very much.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our individual accomodations are quite larger than most facilities, indoor/outdoor covered runs. Heated floors inside and out, webcams allow owners to view their pets while they are away.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location, and no... I'm not interested in being the largest facility in the area, rather the best. To do so I need to know who is in my care and give them the best experience possible.

What are your hours of operation?
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday * appointments are between 9-12:00pm
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday * appointments are between 6-8:00pm
We are closed Sunday mornings, all day Wednesday and Saturday evenings to appointments, however staff continues to care for pets during those times. We do offer "special arrangements" during our closed hours at a fee of $10.00 over the daily rate in addition to the daily rate, and a fee of $75.00 during holidays. No exceptions on Christmas and New Years Day or our Spring and Fall break.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
From a client: "as soon as we pulled up your drive (pet's name) was so excited to be here"
From a pet: when a client walks in our lobby and the dog immediately leaves them and heads straight for the kennel door. We have some who will even push the door open to see who is on the other side...that is the best compliment ever!
