How long have you been in business?
Celebrating our 10th year in business, since 2001 we have provided MEP engineering services to the tri state area.
What is your primary product or service?
Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems for the building industry. Complete building commissioning services for both LEED and non LEED projects
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Both Ken Lovorn and Dave Crossey have been in the engineering field for over 35 years. After the close of Eichleay Engineers we felt that there was a need for a quality Engineering firm to be added to the pittsburgh region.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We stay with our clients from the start of the project to the completion. Our focus has been on building relationships with our clients that do not end with one project. Most of our clients have been with us since we started.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location in Blawnox, Pa. and we have no plans to expand beyond this one location

What type of payments do you accept?
We offer professional services that are agreed to prior to the start of our work and payment is due by check within 30 days
Which areas do you service?
We provide services mainly within the greater Pittsburgh area but we have completed projects as far west as Indiana and as far east as Philidelphia.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Two parntners share ownership of the company Ken Lovorn (President)and Dave Crossey (Vice President).

7:00 am to 4:30 pm
